Changed traffic conditions - Oversize vehicle
Motorists are advised of an oversized delivery of bridge girders, for the Princes Hwy upgrade, which will be delivered in the early hours to minimise the impact on traffic. The 12 girders are 31m long, 2.1m wide and weigh approximately 50 tonnes each.
Police and escort vehicles will control traffic along the route and implement lane and side street closures, as required, to allow safe passage for the oversize truck to pass. Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
