Traffic Incidents related to Ryde Road near Kiparra Street, Pymble, NSW
The M2 Motorway is closed in both directions between Lane Cove Rd and Epping Rd until Sunday 1pm.
- westbound motorists will be diverted from the Lane Cove Tunnel onto Epping Rd and can then use Lane Cove Rd or Herring Rd to rejoin the M2
- eastbound motorists will be diverted from the M2 at Lane Cove Rd (or can use an earlier exit) and should then use Epping Rd to access the Lane Cove Tunnel.
Additionally,through until Monday 5am:
- Delhi Rd will be closed between Julius Ave and Epping Rd (motorists should use Epping Rd or Lane Cove Rd & Pacific Hwy as an alternative)
- the M2 westbound on-ramp from Delhi Rd will be closed (motorists should use the Herring Rd on-ramp)
- the M2 eastbound off-ramp to Delhi Rd will be left turn only (motorists should use the Lane Cove Rd exit to access Epping Rd)
Note: Special event clearways will also be in place on sections of Herring Rd, Lane Cove Rd and the Pacific Hwy, so check signs as vehicles parked in clearways during hours of operation are at risk of being towed and fines applied.
There will be significant delays around Delhi Rd and the M2 as well as additional traffic on diversion routes. Motorists should plan ahead, allow additional travel time, follow directions from signs and traffic controllers, and avoid the area if possible.
A number of lights in the area are affected.
Special event clearway parking restrictions will be in place to support the major traffic detour route during the Delhi Rd and M2 Mwy closures for the installation of the new Lachlan’s Line pedestrian and cycle bridge in North Ryde on 28 - 29 December.
Special event clearways will be in effect on both sides of Lane Cove Rd from Talavera Rd to Waterloo Rd (southbound direction only) from 8am to 10pm on Saturday 28 December and on Sunday 29 December.
Clearways are strict no-parking zones, even for local residents or RMS Mobility Scheme Permit holders. Vehicles left in clearways will be towed and a fee applies

Lane closures will take place to support the restoration of the electricity grid in the northern suburbs following recent storms.
In addition to two lanes closed on Mona Vale Rd, the left turn lane from Pacific Hwy (southbound) to Mona Vale Rd (eastbound) will be closed.
Motorists can use Telegraph Rd or Park Ave as an alternative route to access Mona Vale Rd.
