Changed traffic conditions
The first section of Stage Two of the Richmond Road upgrade is opening tonight.
Richmond Road northbound lanes between Townson Road and 900 metres north of Garfield Road West will open tonight and traffic will be switched onto the new lanes around 3am.
With northbound lanes completed, work will then start on the southbound lanes.
