If you are planning on arriving at the International Terminal during the school holiday period, factor in extra travel time and be prepared for delays on key roads including Marsh St, Airport Dr and the M5 East Mwy.
Anyone thinking of driving to the airport should consider catching a T2 Airport Line train to the Domestic Airport or International Airport stations instead.
- Motorists coming from the west should also be aware the M5 East exit to Marsh St maybe closed if traffic on Marsh Street queues back into the motorway
- Motorists travelling to the International Terminal from the west and the north are advised to use General Holmes Dr and Qantas Dr
