Eastbound traffic on Warringah Rd will be moved onto new lanes. Traffic signals at the intersections of Forest Wy and Wakehurst Pkwy will be blacked out overnight and lane closures will be in place.
Westbound traffic on Warringah Rd has moved onto new lanes to the south of the current road. The right turn from Warringah Rd to Forest Way northbound has been reduced from three lanes to two.
Motorists are advised to expect delays and allow extra travel time, especially on weekday peak times from 8am to 9am and 5pm to 6pm.
Motorists are asked to consider alternative travel times or alternative routes such as Mona Vale Rd or Pittwater Rd, during peak times.
