Hart Road at Loxford has been closed between McGarva Avenue and Scales Avenue. Road users are being detoured via McGarva Avenue, Horton Road and Scales Avenue. The speed limit has been reduced to 40km/h. Traffic may be stopped briefly to allow work vehicles to cross Horton Road.
Motorists are advised there will be increased heavy vehicle traffic turning into Grahams Lane from Sawyers Gully Road.
The speed limit on Main Road at Kurri Kurri has been reduced to 60km/h for one kilometre between Stanford Road and Cantwell Street. The reduced speed limit will be in place until next year to allow work to be carried out on Main Road. Traffic may be stopped briefly near the future Kurri Kurri interchange to allow work vehicles to cross the road.
