One lane will be available on King St from Fri 18 Jan 10pm to Mon 21 Jan 5am.

Local access into George St between King St and Market St will be via Market St only.

Motorists travelling east across the city should use Bathurst St.

Park St will be closed and detours will be in effect from 14-15 Sep and 16-17 Sep to facilitate the construction, installation and removal of a 5.2m high temporary pedestrian bridge. The bridge will form part of the Sydney Running Festival (Sun 16 Sep) event course connecting Hyde Park north and south. 

Park St between College St and Elizabeth St will be closed in both directions on the following dates and times:

- 10pm, Friday 14 September until 6am, Saturday 15 September

- 7pm, Sunday 16 September until 4am, Monday 17 September

Heavy vehicles or vehicles over 5.2 metres will be detoured around Park St via local roads while the bridge is erected from 11pm, Saturday 8 September until after 4am, Monday 17 September when the bridge is removed.
