Special event clearways will be in effect to provide additional lane capacity along detour routes while the M5 East Motorway is closed for resurfacing works.

Clearways will be in effect from 8pm Thursday 9 April until 6am Tuesday 14 April on:

  • Stoney Creek Rd between King Georges Rd and Forest Rd (both sides)
  • Forest Rd between Stoney Creek Road and Princes Hwy (both sides)

Clearways are strict no-parking zones even for local residents and RMS Mobility Scheme Permit holders. Check signs carefully as vehicles left in clearways will be towed and a fee applies.
