To accommodate rail replacement bus operations for Sydney Trains trackwork special event clearways will be in place on both sides of Chalmers St between Cleveland St and Devonshire St from 2am Saturday 13 June to 2am Monday 15 June.  

Clearways are strict no parking zones even for local residents and RMS Mobility Scheme Permit holders. Check signs carefully as vehicles left in clearways will be towed and a fee applies.

Road closures are be in place on sections of Hyde Park north, Prince Albert Rd, Hospital Rd, Shakespeare Pl and Macquarie St for a protest march. 

NSW Police will reopen roads progressively as the group travels along the route.

Motorists should follow the directions of NSW Police on site. allow extra travel time, be aware of increased pedestrian activity and use alternative routes while closures are in place.
