From 9pm Sun 2 Oct to 2am Mon 10 Oct continuouslySpecial event clearways will be in place to facilitate rail replacement bus operations for Metro North West trackwork at the following locations:Help St - both directions between Pacific Hwy and Railway St.Brown St - westbound (southern side) between the Pacific Hwy and Railway St.Victoria Ave - both directions between Pacific Hwy and Railway St.Albert Ave - both directions between Pacific Hwy and Thomas Ln.Railway St - southbound (eastern side) between Day St and Help St.No-stopping zones will also be in place on Railway St northbound (western side) between Help St and Brown St during this time.Special event clearways are strict no-parking zones and also apply to local residents and Mobility Parking Permit holders. Vehicles left in a clearway will be towed and a fee applies.
