The Clybucca rest areas on the Pacific Hwy will be temporarily closed for surface repairs.
The
northbound rest area will be closed from 6am, Tuesday 29 October to 6pm, Wednesday 30 October.
The
southbound rest area will be closed from 6am, Wednesday 30 October to 6pm, Thursday 31 October.
Alternative rest areas on the Pacific Hwy are Paddys Rest near Eungai Creek (13 kilometres north of Clybucca), which is suitable for light vehicles only, or the Service Centre located south of Kempsey.
Motorists are able to access Paddys Rest Area and the South Kempsey Service Centre from either direction on the highway.

On Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 July, 10 bridge beams for the new Stuarts Point interchange overpass will be delivered.
Motorists travelling on the Pacific Highway and on Station Street will be stopped five times each day for a few minutes to allow the trucks carrying the beams to turn into the project site.
