Traffic will be stopped on the Newell Highway on Sunday morning for up to 20 minutes for around 120 cattle to cross the road.
Warning signs will be in place on either side of the crossing to alert motorists and four vehicles with flashing amber lights will be in place to warn motorists on their approach to the crossing location.
Heavy vehicle drivers will also be notified on UHF radio of the cattle crossing.
