A cyclist has been injured in the MS Sydney to Gong bike ride. 

For the safety of motorists and other event participants an additional southbound lane has been closed on the Taren Point Bridge while the cyclist is attended to. 

Lane 1 will remain closed until 11am for the event, lane 2 will reopen once the incident is cleared.

There is a speed limit reduction of 60km/h on Taren Point Road for the event.
