Motorists are advised to avoid the area as traffic is very heavy in all directions. Southbound motorists should use Goulburn or Liverpool streets to get to the Western Distributor. Northbound should use Macquarie or Elizabeth streets to access the Eastern Distributor.
Market Street is closed westbound at Castlereagh St. The westbound turn from Elizabeth Street into Market St is also closed.
